SUBSTANCE: claimed vodka contains (per 1000 dal of finished product): alcohol aromatized with fresh lemon 14,5-15,5 l; lemon essential oil 1:10 0.35-0.45 l; 65.8 % sugar syrup 11.0-12.0 l; natural honey 3.5-4.5 kg; citric acid 0.17-0.23 kg; and balance: water-alcohol liquid up to 40 % alcoholic content. Claimed vodka has degustation evaluation of 9.72-9.75.
EFFECT: vodka with improved organoleptic characteristics.
