FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cardiosurgery. Perform pre-operative magnetic resonance tomography (MRT). Determine the required area of resection with consideration of the position and area of the scarry zone. For this purpose, during a pre-operative period, perform a virtual operation simulating a future left ventricular cavity, on the basis of which form an individual 3D model of the left ventricle with the required volumetric, geometrical and functional properties. During surgical treatment, place into the left ventricular cavity a 3D model in the form of a hollow cone-shaped body of an elastic material, and with its help restore the shape and volume of the left ventricular cavity, after which remove the 3D model.
EFFECT: method allows to optimise an approach to surgical treatment of post-infarction aneurysm of left ventricular reducing the number of postoperative complications, to improve immediate and remote therapeutic effects of treatment of the given category of patients and quality of their life.
