FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: after exeresis of fibrosing endocardium, implantable endoventricular patch is sutured to visually normal myocardium of left heart ventricle (LV) inner surface and to endoventricular purse-string suture put on the boundary between unchanged myocardium and scarring. 2 U-shaped sutures are put in the central part of the endoventricular patch with monofilament threads, followed by their allocation to the epicardium surface through the interventricular septum by 1.5 cm to the right of the anterior descending artery. The sutures are tied on synthetic strips after removal of the clamp from the aorta and cardiac resuscitation.

EFFECT: method enables to eliminate the residual cavity between endoventricular patch and aneurysmal sac residues due to the fact that the central part of the endoventricular patch is fixed to the inner surface of the aneurysmal sac residues, as well as to form most proximate to physiological left ventricle cavity and eliminate the possibility of residual cavity thrombosis and endoventricular patch deformation into the left ventricular cavity due to the fact that the endoventricular patch is firmly fixed to the interventricular septum and to LV anterior wall.
