FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves forming from macrofilled composite material and polymerizing internal and external dental crown part wall surface. Internal surface is formed by setting a number of composite rings in turn from dental root towards its chewing surface beginning from grove embracing root base. The surface is additionally reinforced by arranging reinforcement thread along the ring-joint line on external side. Cavity formed by the rings is layer-by-layer filled with microfilled composite material and subjected to polymerization. Chewing surface tubercles are built from macrofilled composite material. Restored crown part occlusion correction, polishing and control polymerization are carried out.
EFFECT: high strength of repaired tooth; long service life.
