FIELD: mechanical engineering; crane structures.
SUBSTANCE: proposed prestressed crane-runway beam has main H-beam and tie beam of steel, 2-3 times stronger than steel of main beam. Main beam is rolled part with pair of stress H-beam roll levers at ends. Each stress level has projecting end piece being essentially flexible hinge joint connected with lower web of main beam by means of hollow rivets with closing cores. Tie beam is made of sheet steel and is connected at end with lower belts of pair of stress levers by hollow rivets. Free end of each stress lever engages with shop pillar from below being fixed on pillar by means of teeth of locks and connected with pillar by anchor bolts to expose system to stress when bridge crane interacts with crane-runway beam.
EFFECT: increased endurance, mechanization of process of prestressing of crane-runway beam.
