FIELD: fish industry, in particular production of canned hydrobionts, namely bivalve mollusks (clams).
SUBSTANCE: claimed methods include clam handling to produce flash, loading into cans, sealing, and sterilization at 112-115°C for 40-60 min. Mollusk flash is either striped to produce strips of 0.5-1.0 cm width or ground in form of mince. Additionally various pickles, vegetable and protein fillers may be used.
EFFECT: digestible can with balanced nutrient and biological value.
