FIELD: agriculture, in particular, plant selection.
SUBSTANCE: method involves planting top index tubers with germinated buds into paper cells having volume of about 60 cm3 and filling with sandy loam; providing direct invasion of germinated root indexes with nematode larvae suspension at invasion concentration of 1,800±2% of vital larvae per 1 cell; evaluating stability by counting cysts on surface and within lump.
EFFECT: reduced volume of soil substrate and invasion loading, reduced labor intensity, decreased time for evaluation of selection material and provision for obtaining of reliable evaluation results.
