FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting and preventing disorders of reproductive health in female medicinal personnel. It is necessary to take into account external factors of working process, such as working profile - either therapeutic or surgical; specialty of medicinal personnel - either a physician or average-level medicinal staff; and experience. Then one should calculate a point value (s) by the corresponding formulas: for physicians and average-level medicinal staff of therapeutic profile s=-0.7y3+5y2-11.3y+13; for physicians of surgical profile s=0.4y+3.5; for average-level medicinal staff of surgical profile s=-0.6y+6.5, where y=1,2,3 or 4 - the value of experience group: 1 - experience of 1-4 yr, 2 - experience of 5-9 yr, 3 - experience of 10-14 yr, 4 - experience above 14 yr. According to the point value ranged 0-4 points it is possible to conclude upon acceptable degree of harmfulness, at its value ranged 4-7 - upon harmful degree and at the value being above 7 - upon dangerous degree of harmfulness. The innovation enables to develop the system for evaluating the level of professional harmfulness in female medicinal personnel due to taking into consideration social-biological maternal factors.
