SUBSTANCE: health screening of miners is complemented with determination of work experience in specific harmful occupational exposure or a complex of harmful occupational exposures, and the screening results give the number of occupational cases in the allocated occupational group with specific work experience. The obtained data are used to determine a risk level Pr of occupational disease in miners in harmful occupational exposure or a complex of harmful occupational exposures in each occupational and experience groups, a critical miner's work experience in a trade and a work experience period of sharp case incidence rate. Thereafter, the occupational health risk level is evaluated by the analysis results.

EFFECT: method allows evaluating the occupational health risk in miners, and improving reliability of evaluation of individual or collective break-down risk in miners.
