FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out medical genetic examination of a patient. Auricular sulfur type is additionally determined. Ecological examination is carried out with region and habitation time therein being determined. Basic indices describing patient vital activity are detected and estimated in scores from formula Kv= A+B+C+D+E+F+G, where A is the age, when less than 18, score is equal to 0.1 points, equal to 19-39, the score is equal to 1 point, equal to 40-59, the score is equal to 2 points, equal to 60-79, the score is equal to 3 points, higher than 80 years, the score is equal to 3 points. B is the smoking time. When less than 10 years, the score is equal to 0.1 points, when equal to 10-19, the score is equal to 1 point, when equal to 20-29, score is equal to 2 points, when equal to 30 and longer, score is equal to 3 points. C is the alcohol consumption. When being irregular, score is equal to 0.1 points, when regular, the score is equal to 1 point. D is the harmful domestic factors. When no domestic harm being available, score is equal to 0.1 points, otherwise the score is equal to 1 point. E is for the ecological factors. Clean region being the case, score is equal to 0.1 points, moderately contaminated one - 1point, dirty one being the case, the score is equal to 2 points. F is the habitation time in contaminated region. When less than 10 years, score is equal to 0.1 points; equal to 10-19, the score is equal to 1 point. G is the auricular sulfur type. Wet type being the case, score is equal to 0.1 points, dry one - the score is equal to 1 point. Kv is calculated. The value being less than 6, low probability risk factor is predicted. Kv being between 6 and 8, moderate probability value is predicted. The value being greater than 8, the case is predicted to be of high probability.
EFFECT: high reliability of prognosis.
