FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; the methods and the device for distribution of the lumpy loose materials.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method and the device for distribution of the lumpy loose materials, in particular, to the partially previously reduced iron ore, in particular, its motionless layer surface. At that this surface is formed in the reactor of a metallurgical plant for production of the cast iron or the steel semi-products. The lumpy bulk material is loaded by at least one charging device containing at least two axially symmetrical drain pipes, which are arranged predominantly on the equal spacing interval from the longitudinal axis of the reactor. At that a part of the loose material, in particular, after its feeding into the drain pipe and before its arrival onto the lengthy surface, is distributed in the spreader device related to one of the drain pipes, if to look from above, in a radial and-or tangential direction. The invention is also pertaining to the device for distribution of the lumpy loose material along the lengthy surface in the radial and-or tangential direction. The invention allows to perform the more cost-saving mounting, to improve the control process, and also to create the simple in application spreader device.
EFFECT: the invention ensures realization of the more cost-saving installation of the device, improvement of the control process, creation of the simple in application spreader device.
