FIELD: electrical engineering; ferreed (hermetically sealed) contacts.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method for producing ferreed contacts includes heat treatment of contact components, their heating to secondary recrystallization temperature and to maximal temperature of 729 ± 20 °C; novelty is that cooled down at a rate of about 240 deg./h to temperature of 200 to 150 °C below maximal heating temperature is conducted in variable magnetic field and in nitrogen environment followed by sealing operation. Upon sealing ferreed contacts are subjected to aging at temperature of 300 to 400 °C in variable magnetic field.
EFFECT: reduced process discrepancy in ferreed contact characteristics, enhanced similarity and stability of electrical characteristics.
