FIELD: engineering of energy-independent memorizing devices.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, energy-independent memorizing device 10 contains electrically polarized dielectric memorizing material 11, having ferroelectric or electret properties and capable of showing also hysteresis properties and remainder polarization properties. Memorizing material 11 has one or more polymers, while at least one of these polymers is heavy hydrogen alloyed.
EFFECT: improved wear characteristics, possible operation at high frequencies.
