SUBSTANCE: one should detect varicosis nodes at carrying out Valsalva's maneuver, moreover, in Trendelenburg's position it is necessary to fulfill a finger-type compression of both inguinal areas towards pubic bones due to squeezing the mouths of great subcutaneous veins and those of round ligament of uterus, and towards ischial bone one should perform compression of terminal branch of external pudendal vein in the site of its output under perineal skin. Then it is necessary to repeat Valsalva's maneuver and according to filling in the varices it is possible to state upon affected medial ducts of the great subcutaneous vein, external pudendal vein and on the presence of combined lesion.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
