SUBSTANCE: spatial light modulator contains a series of electrodes for receiving selected voltages, memory buffer, display controller, pulse-duration modulation array, substrate of mirrors array, while it contains a series of micro-mirror plates, dividing bearing frame and a series of supports.

EFFECT: increased reflective efficiency, increased reliability, simplified manufacturing process of spatial light modulators.
