FIELD: chemical industry; building materials industry; other industries; devices for production of the glass microballoon balls.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, building materials industry, other industries and may be used for production of the glass microballoon balls both the solid and the hollow (microspheres) applied, for example, for the surface treatment of metals, for filters, the different purpose light-reflective devices, for production of the heat-insulating chemical-resistant light-weight materials and sphere plastics, as fillers for thermoplastic and the thermosetting plastic, the lightweight concretes, paints, etc. The technical result of the invention is the increase of effectiveness of production of microbaloon balls and reduction of the costs. The device for production of glass microballoon balls includes the cylindrical vertical chamber with the burner mounted in the center of its lower part, the units for knots for the air supply onto the twist of the fire stream, the operational windows, the unit for feeding of the glass powder through the burner, the conical adapting pipe with the air duct. On the upper part of the cylindrical chamber eccentrically to its shaft there is a mounted collector with the cells located around the upper part of the cylindrical chamber for collection of the microballoon balls by groups depending on their mass and-or sizes. The value of the eccentricity does not exceed the radius of the cylindrical chamber and the conical adapter with the air duct are mounted on the collector coaxially its shaft, forming the diameter of the docking (ddoc) exceeding of the diameter of the cylindrical chamber (dc.ch), but smaller than its two diameters - dc.ch< ddoc < 2 dc.ch .
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increase of effectiveness of production of microbaloons balls and reduction of the costs.
