SUBSTANCE: claimed material contains matrix and boron compound of formula KatBX4, wherein Kat represents metal cation or onium cation; B represents boron; X - represents hydrogen or halogen; n = 6-12; m = 6-12; and m<=n; or formula KatEBnXm, wherein E represents p- or d-element; n = 6-12; m = 6-12; and m<=n+1. Matrix contains 15-50 vol.% of boron.
EFFECT: composite material of decreased weight without losses of high serviceability.
