FIELD: heat insulation means of heat networks.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of heat insulation of heat networks of air laying, and can also be used for protection and heat insulation of pipes of similar purpose. Heat-insulating system contains pipeline element in the form of pipe 1 for heat carrier movement. Along the outer side around pipe 1 there are heat-insulating mats 2 adjoining each other without gaps. Mats 2 are fixed on pipe 1 with multilayer tape 3. Above mats 2 there is anti-vandal coating 4 in the form of metal sheets adjacent to mats 2. On tape 3 successively through equal gaps 7 disk-shaped dowels are installed. Disk-shaped dowels 7 are installed between layers of tape 3 at a distance providing uniform distribution of load of anti-vandal coating 4. Disk-shaped dowel 7 are embedded in the body of mat 2, preventing tape 3 from displacing on the surface of mat 2 and are simultaneously supports for coating 4.

EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of thermal insulation, increased mechanical strength, increased service life in comparison with analogues.
