FIELD: medical equipment; devices and methods of taking immunologic analyses.

SUBSTANCE: electrochemical device for detecting target antigen in liquid sample has reaction chamber which has internal surface, near and far edges, immobilized body, being capable of combining with target antigen, and report complex which has probe-ferment. Device also has detection chamber which has wall, internal surface, near and far ends, entrance for sample disposed at far end and electrodes for detection of electrochemical reaction in detection chamber as well as path for sample between far end of reaction chamber and near end of detection chamber. Method of electrochemical detection is based upon injection of sample into reaction chamber containing immobilized body being capable of combining with target antigen and report complex being capable of mixing with sample and compete with target antigen for combination with immobilized body. Non-combined report complex moves from reaction chamber to detection chamber trough path for sample. Presence of target antigen in sample is detected by electrode and by electrochemical reaction which presence reduces amount of report complex combining with immobilized antibody and which allows probe-ferment to take part electrochemical reaction in detection chamber.

EFFECT: widened assortment of immune sensors.
