FIELD: civil engineering, in particular, production equipment for production of cellular concretes, modification of pigments and dyes, applicable in chemical industry, pharmaceutical production, food production, at processing of industrial waste for an effective and qualitative mixing of the components with organization in the device of various processes, which require maintenance of the preset temperature, medium and pressure.

SUBSTANCE: the device has a mixer with a pipeline for supply of the production mixture, compressed air and discharge of the differential pressure, blade rotor installed in the lower part of the mixer, and an ejector of a fixed upper part and a lower part installed between the L-shaped blades of the rotor, vertical pipe installed in the axis of rotor rotation and made with a cross hole and a compressed-air supply pipe coaxially positioned inside it and connected in the upper and lower parts of the mixer body, the lower part of the body is made in the form of s spherical bottom, in which the cavitation screens and the perforated planes are installed in the periphery of rotor rotation for adjustment of the clearances between them and the rotor blades, the vertical pipe is made integral with the fixed upper part of the ejector and provided with additional cross holes positioned over entire pipe length, and the lower part of the pipe for supply of compressed air is positioned in the ejector.

EFFECT: enhanced quality of mixing of various components without any increase of the time of the production process.
