FIELD: electric engineering, possible use for diagnostics of electric machines, primarily turbo- and hydro-generators of electric power plants.
SUBSTANCE: in the method for finding defects of stator holding parts on working electric machine, by means of vibro-indicators, mounted on the body of stator, intensiveness of harmonics of vibro-acoustic oscillations is measured, diagnostic parameter is determined, characterizing presence of vibro-impact processes in the stator, and on basis of diagnostic parameter, presence of stator defects is detected. For recognition of defects upper frequency of row of harmonics, divisible by frequency of perturbing force, is determined, and defect type is recognized by value of uppermost frequency in aforementioned row.
EFFECT: increased trustworthiness of diagnosis of vibro-impact stator defects on working generator.
