FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method can be used in device for heating of liquids. Proposed method includes technological preparation of water heating process, filling system to be heated with water, provision of circulation of water and starting parameters to process of water heating and heating of circulated, activated water by rotating heated reaction vacuum chamber (heat exchanger). Heating of reaction vacuum chamber is carried out in preliminarily created vacuum medium of chamber proper by summary heat formed by thermal energy (converted from mechanical energy) at mechanical destruction and scraping off of film layer of chemical compounds from reaction surface of getter material and by thermal energy liberated at chemical reactions in process of formation of film layer from chemical compounds of chemically pure surface of getter material. Chemically pure surface of getter material is formed by sliding friction of rotating reaction surface (with film layer of chemical compounds) against hard alloy elements pressed to reaction surface by gauge pressure of atmospheric gases, and film layer of chemical compounds is formed by chemical absorption process on chemically pure surface of getter material. Working vacuum in reaction vacuum chamber is built by getter evacuation where, before setting of working range of vacuum-gauge pressure of gases, maximum possible vacuum is provided after which continuous delivery of gases is done to reduced vacuum to required value and maintaining of working range of vacuum-gauge gas pressure is provided.
EFFECT: provision of efficient method of water heating at high efficiency transfer of produced heat to water to be heated, reduced consumption of power, adverse effect on surrounding medium.
