FIELD: the invention refers to the field of gas analysis.

SUBSTANCE: in the proposed mode for measuring concentration of one of many known oxidized gases a thermocatalytic sensor is used, cyclically momentarily heated with the current of a thermoregulator from the temperature of the surrounding air of any humidity till two levels of temperature in the field of the beginning and intensive catalysis of gas. At that corresponding voltages on the heater of the sensor are measured in cold condition and at the two indicated levels of heating in the regime of stabilization of the temperature of the heater. At calculating the concentration of gas the influence of the parameters of the surrounding medium of air atmosphere is taken into account according to the data of the tree levels of voltages of the heater in each of the four calibrations at various exterior conditions.

EFFECT: increases accuracy and expands diapason of definition of concentration into the field of microconcentration of oxidized gas.
