FIELD: the invention refers to nondestructing control of tubes.

SUBSTANCE: the arrangement has a breaking system of a flaw detector with block shoes having suspension which allows them to travel in a radial direction, constant magnets and electric magnets connected with the block shoes, an opening for gas by-passing, a speed sensor. From the speed sensor a signal is fed on a control block. From the control block control of the current in the windings of the electric magnets is carried out to regulate force of clamping of the block shoes to the surface of the pipeline.

EFFECT: provides constancy of gas consumption.
