FIELD: medicine, plastic surgery.
SUBSTANCE: method involves thorough washing out cadaver tissues (dura cerebral mater, aorta abdominal region walls and lower vena cava) and the following treatment of tissues with alkali solution (KOH, NaOH) taken in the concentrations 0.1 - 0.5 N, pH = 8.1-8.5. Then tissues are placed in 10-13% sodium hydrocarbonate solution, pH = 7.4-7.6 and transferred in 10% soda solution and then placed into cooling. The next step involves treatment with 3.5-5% solution of oxalic or citric acid, pH = 6.2-6.6 and then material is placed in 13.5% nutritive soda solution, pH = 7.2-7.4. Then tissues are treated with 3.5-4.5% sodium tartrate solution. The next stage involves treatment with protein-polysaccharide complexes followed by placing this transplant material in 96° ethyl alcohol. Then treated transplants are placed in 80% ethyl alcohol solution followed by their transfer in 93-96% ethyl alcohol solution. After these procedures the material is placed in preserving agent, 76% ethyl alcohol solution wherein it is stored up to using. Use of invention allows possibility for preparing transplant showing lower antigen activity.
EFFECT: improved preparing method.
