FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to a method for preparing dura mater transplants. Said method is based on acid-base hydrolysis, which involves destruction of all cellular elements and removal of cytoplasmic matrix from tissues. Components which affect the intensity of the inflammatory reaction, immunological manifestations, the transplant rejection reaction, the replacement regeneration processes are removed, which enables to preserve the necessary qualities of the graft material in the form of its fibrous frame.
EFFECT: present invention provides creation of optimal conditions for reparative regeneration due to loosening of fibrous tissue frame, which improves cell migration, which enables to bring the formed structure closer to recipient bed tissues.
