FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vodka comprising the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: nutrient iodinated sodium chloride, 0.01-0.09 kg; 65.8% sugar syrup, 11.0-12.0 l; birch buds alcoholized infusion prepared by infusion of birch buds in an aqueous-alcoholic liquid for 2.5-5 days, 1.0-2.0 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and drinking purified water, the balance, to provide the strength of vodka 40%. Invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices and prophylactic properties of vodka. Proposed vodka satisfied requirement by all physical-chemical indices for vodkas prepared with using ethyl alcohol "Luks", and its tasting score is 9.31. Vodka shows milder harmonic taste with barely detected tint of "freshness" and less expressed odor of ethyl alcohol.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
