SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.1-0.4 kg; succinic acid, 0.09-0.3 kg; 65.8% sugar syrup, 14.8-15.2 l; oatmeal alcoholized infusion of the 1-st blend, 11.8-12.2 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Lujs" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices of vodka by conferring milder taste and specific vodka aroma with barely detected peanut after taste based on total used components of vodka and their quantitative ratio. The tasting score of vodka is 9.7.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
