SUBSTANCE: claimed jelly contains (mass %): plant raw material 25.0-32.0; sweetener 0.06-0.08; gelatin 2.0-2.2; water 16.0-17.6; and balance: curd whey ultrafiltrate up to 100 %. Daikon puree is used as plant raw material, and stevia sweetener concentrate is used as sweetener.
EFFECT: foodstuff of improved quality, increased nutrient value and reduced caloricity, enriched with water soluble vitamins and minerals.
