FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vodka production. Proposed method is realized by the following manner. An aqueous-spirituous solution with proof value 40% is prepared by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water in the preliminary tank. Sugar as 65.8% sugar syrup or an aqueous solution is added to an aqueous-spirituous solution. Prepared an aqueous-spirituous solution is stirred thoroughly, its proof value is corrected and repumped into supply tank followed by feeding to treatment with activated carbon in carbon refinery battery. The rate of filtration of an aqueous-spirituous solution is up to 40 dal/h for fresh carbon and up to 30 dal/h for regenerated carbon. After filtrated and treatment an aqueous-spirituous solution is fed into finishing tank. Fructose and citric acid dissolved in purified water are added into finishing tank. Soybean infusion is prepared by a single infusion of soybean with an aqueousspirituous solution with proof value 70% for 5 days followed by filtration of infusion. Vanillin dissolved in rectified ethyl alcohol in ratio 1:100 is added into finishing tank being simultaneously with soybean infusion. After addition of components into finishing tank vodka is stirred thoroughly, proof values is corrected by addition of alcohol or water followed by stirring and proof value control. After control filtration ready vodka is fed to bottling. Components of vodka are used in the following ratio, l per 1000 dal of ready product: soybean infusion of I-st blend, 3-4; vanillin alcohol solution (1:100), 0..3-0..5 and also, kg: sugar, 16-18; citric acid, 0.1-0.16; fructose, 3. .5-4..5 rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water as measured to obtain blend proof value 40%. Invention ensures to obtain vodka with high nutrient value by means of use of total components and procedures of method.
