FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: special vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of the ready product: linden flowers an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first blend prepared from 0.05-0.15 kg of linden flowers, 0.4-1.2; nutmeg essential oil 1:10, 0.2-0.6; coriander essential oil 1:10, 0.008-0.05; 65.8%-th sugar syrup, 17.0-18.0; rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest purification and purified drinking water, the balance, to obtain the strength 40%. Proposed vodka provides enhancing organoleptic indices and reducing cost of the ready product, and expanding assortment of special vodka by conferring to vodka the barely detecting aroma and after taste of mango.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
