FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves uniform treatment of water by nonfiltered light from UV source of radiation with the content 30%, not less, of wavelength 270 nm of UV spectrum at stirring in capacity and the following combining water and alcohol and mixing the mixture. Water is treated by at least a single radiation source fitted by a device as a network for making electrostatic impermeability barrier for charged underoxidized particles. The proposed device is places between the radiation reflector made of polished steel plate and level of water to be treated. Method provides preparing an aqueous-alcoholic mixture of high quality with improved organoleptic properties. Invention can be used in producing vodkas, bitter liqueurs and related products.
