Addition of the latter is preceded by adding acetic acid. Milk can be used in dry defatted state or in the form of skimmed milk in amounts sufficient to precipitate undesired substances from vodka. After addition of milk, mixture is settled during a few hours and then clarified liquid is subjected to preliminary filtration, activated carbon treatment and poured into adjustment tank. Into the latter, succinic acid and glucose dissolved in drinking water and also pantocrine are added. Resulting mixture is stirred, finally filtered, and bottled. Additionally, ascorbic acid dissolved in drinking water in amounts 0.09-0.15 kg and 0.1-0.2 kg St-John's wort per 1000 dal vodka can be added. Finished vodka contains, kg/1000 dal: succinic acid 0.09-0.15, glucose 3.5- 4.5, pantocrine 0.04-0.06, and acetic acid 0.1-0.3.
