FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: thickness of layer is measured in several points along width of canvas and installation for applying coating is adjusted in such a way that width of layer would keep permanent along width of canvas. Adjustment of thickness is carries out due to varying of intensity of electron beams which evaporate material of coating. It is also possible to warm several melting pots for melting up. Melting pots are distributed along width of canvas to provide uniform coating along width of canvas. Due to additional device, measuring transparency, composition of material can be adjusted as well, which results to width-constant composition of material. Materials are used for application along substrate, which material do not demonstrate high absorbing property.

EFFECT: provision of permanent thickness of coating.
