FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: pasteurizer has cellular drum with sprocket for outputting eggs from cells and cellular rotor in screen case made of non-ferrous material. There is unloading window in case and set of electrodes of high-frequency generator, which set is made in form of rings disposed in parallel. Dielectric rotor with cells is disposed between set of rings for rotation. Thin liquid outer layer, adjacent to under-shell film, is stabilized.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation.
