FIELD: dairy industry.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with supplementing milk just before its pasterization with complex compound of silver - silver glycinate as a solution containing about 16.85-168.52 g preparation/l solution, at the ratio of 1 ml solution/1000 ml milk. The innovation enables to prolong terms of storage of ready-to-use product at simultaneous keeping conventional modes of pasteurization and increase biological value of the product.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of conservation.
