FIELD: surgical instruments.
SUBSTANCE: retractor-illuminator can be used for traditional and small invasive cavity operations. Retractor-illuminated has holder, blade and unit for fixing position of light-guide. Blade is connected with holders by clamp hinge and it is mounted in case of clamp hinge. Unit is made removable and it is mounted in case of clamp hinge. As a result any part of operation floor is well illuminated. Position of light spot can changed quickly.
EFFECT: improved comfort at use.
