FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a set of surgical instruments for widening a wound during a minimally invasive operation to remove fragments. A set of surgical instruments for widening a wound during a minimally invasive operation to remove fragments contains a set of tube retractors, a holder for attaching the tube retractor to the operating table, a set of wound retractors of different diameters for expanding soft tissues and shaping the size of the surgical wound. The first three, in ascending diameter, of the retractor are made in the form of a solid cylinder with a sharp end, and the subsequent retractors are made hollow and are intended for installation in the surgical opening of a tube retractor. It also contains, for the diameter of each hollow retractor, a set of tube retractors of different lengths with straight and beveled ends, a handle for retractors, a set of stencils for conducting an X-ray examination to find the position of fragments and their subsequent removal, a power supply for the LED boards of the tube retractors. Each tube retractor is made in the form of a tube made of transparent material, on the upper part of which a block of LEDs is installed with the possibility of removal to illuminate the walls of the tube and the surgical wound; separate channels are made in the walls of the tube for irrigation and aspiration during surgery, and connectors for connections to the channels of irrigation and aspiration systems. The channels are brought inside the surface of the tube and are located above the lower end part of the tube, connectors for connecting aspiration and irrigation systems are integral with the tube, and each stencil is designed to be installed on the upper part of the tube.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to eliminate the need for a device for connecting the optical fiber and create the best conditions for the operation.
