FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with a surgical access to annular ligament followed by its dissection to provide free tendinous sliding. Moreover, to fulfill the access to annular ligament it is necessary to make transverse incision along volar-finger groove and, also, one should additionally fulfill the second transverse incision along distal transverse volar fold to remove sclerosed tissues from flexor's tendon and dissect these tissues together with hypertrophied part of flexors' tendinous sheaths. The application of the present innovation enables to prevent the development of cicatricial contracture.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
