FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely traumatology-orthopaedics, particularly hand surgery, and can be used in treating tenosynovitis stenosans. Substance of the method consists in approach to annular ligament and dissection thereof. Thus elbow skin incision is carried out at finger base in a projection of annular ligament, transverse dissection of annular ligament and excision of narrow strip of the ligament of width at least 2 mm along the dissection line. Tendon is dislocated into the wound with simultaneous excising cicatrical adhesions between tendon and annular ligament until complete mobilisation of tendon.
EFFECT: use of the present invention allows eliminating tendon compression, preventing formation of recurrent cicatrical adhesion of tendon with surrounding tissue.
