SUBSTANCE: homogenous dispersion is prepared in mixer from predetermined quantities of water and oil and then it is fed depending upon change of width Bi of spraying to different zones Zi of spraying. According to invention in each spraying zone Zi corresponding to width Bi of spraying at least one row Di of jets is arranged. Said row of jets is controlled by means of one switching valve Si. Each row of jets is calculated in such a way that to provide at opened valve while using total number of openings of jets, the same flow rate of lubricant. Device is made in such a way that each row of jets has total number of openings providing the same volumetric flow rate of lubricant emulsion. Invention provides constant condition for mixing components of lubricating liquid in mixer.
EFFECT: enhanced homogeneity of lubricating fluid, simplified design, improved operational reliability of device.
