FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises natural honey, sugar, food vinegar, complex food additive "Alfaluks" and an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of wheat bran with apples of the first blend, rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks", and purified drinking water in the following ratio of components per 1 000 dal of ready product: natural honey, 4.5-5.5 kg; complex food additive "Alfaluks", 1.5-2.5 kg; 65.8% sugar syrup, 24.0-25.0 l; food vinegar, 0.2-0.3 l; an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of wheat bran with apple of the first blend, 2.0-3.0 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength of vodka 40%. Proposed vodka allows enhancing organoleptic indices of the ready product based on the combination of used components and their quantitative content: tasting score is 9.81; the content of nutrient and biologically active substances, vitamins by 2; 2.5 and 3%, respectively, to reduce toxicity by 20%, and expanding assortment of vodkas by conferring to its barely detectable nutmeg tint in aroma and after taste.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
