FIELD: motor-car industry; devices and methods of production of the motor-car green tires.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the motor-car industry, in particular, to the device for bending the tire beads upward and the method of production of the motor-car green tires and may be used at production of the green tire covers. The drum for production of the tires with the device for bending the tire beads upward is intended for production of the green tires from the components of the carcass, the side strips, a set containing the breaker strip and the tread and two bead rings. The drum contains the arranged horizontally central support hollow shaft with the drive. The support hollow shaft has the air-distributing tool and the tool for then axial movement of the both side units of the drum, arranged on the both sides of the vertical plane of symmetry and formed by two groups of levers. The group of levers turned to the center is supplied with the rollers mounted with the possibility of turning. The other side of the levers is fixed with the possibility of turning in the support, which is common for each group of levers. Each group of the levers is supplied with one circumference resilient belt enveloping around the levers with formation of two cylindrical surfaces around of the horizontal hollow shaft. Between two groups of the levers with the rollers on both sides there is the device for making the support for the wire bead rings, containing the established with a capability of shift in then axial direction, the first guiding disk with the mounted around the whole periphery with the capability of motion in the radial direction segments for clamping the beads. The segments for the beads clamping are intended for interaction with the control mechanism of the radial rise of the segments for the beads clamping. The device has the mounted with the capability of relocation in the axial direction second guiding disk, around the whole periphery of which there are the mounted with the capability of relocation in the radial direction segments for the tire bead support intended for interaction with the mechanism to control the radial rise of the segments for the support of the tire bead. The device has the mechanism to control the radial rise of the segments for the tire bead clamping supplied with the means for interaction with the segments for the tire bead clamping, the mechanism to control the radial rise of the segments for the support of the tire bead supplied with the tool for interaction with segments for the support of the tire bead, and the rubber sealing ring, which forms the support for the wire bead rings and separates the internal space of the drum with provision of the air-tightness. The segments for the tire bead clamping are made with the tool for interaction with the control mechanism of the radial rise of the segments for clamping the tire beads. The segments for the support of the tire beads are made with the tool for interaction with the control mechanism of the radial rise of the segments for the support of the tire beads. Each of the segments for the tire bead support contains a couple of the support brackets ensuring the support for the bead wires on both sides and the jumper bridging the brackets with each other. In the segment for the tire beads clamping there is a space for location of the brackets with the jumper of the segment for the tire beads support and the support surface for the radial rise of the segment for the tire beads support simultaneously with the radial rise of the segment for the tire beads clamping with the help of the mechanism to control the radial rise of the segments for clamping the tire bead. The invention provides for the method of production of the green tires using the given drum. The invention ensures the exact position of the bead rings with the cores in the process of bending of the carcass layers and improves the quality of the produced green tires.
