FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method includes exposure of biological tissues to high-frequency electromagnetic field for treatment of malignant tumors. Current- conducting liquid, 1.5-2 l in volume is introduced into patient's abdominal cavity. Needles-electrodes are implanted through anterior abdominal wall and positioned in parallel to each other and to internal surface of anterior abdominal wall in epigastria and/or mesogastic and iliac region. Intra-abdominal sections of needles-electrodes are immersed in current-conducting liquid completely. Heating by high-frequency power is performed for 60-120 min up to temperature not exceeding 43 C. Heating temperature of current-conducting liquid is measured by means of temperature-sensitive elements between needles-electrodes and at sloping places of abdominal cavity. Method makes it possible to stimulated antitumor mechanisms of humoral regulation and to increase sensitivity of tumoral cells to standard chemical preparation.
