FIELD: biology and medicine, in particular therapy of viral and tumor diseases.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes exposing of viruses or cells with siglet oxygen generating from molecular oxygen by using of carbon photosensitizing agent contacting with molecular oxygen and said viruses or cells and irradiating with optical radiation. As photosensitizing agent slurry of polyhedral layered carbon nanostructures having interlaminar distances of 0.34-0.36 nm are used.
EFFECT: nanostructures with high heat and radiation resistance, precipitation resistance and relatively low cost.
