FIELD: railway transport; major repair and maintenance of tracks.
SUBSTANCE: device for machining intermediate rail fastening, mainly, anchor one, has frame with wheels to move over rails, two trucks moving along frame with members locating position of fastenings, rail clamps and working mechanisms. Working mechanisms are arranged on rail clamps of each truck, and each working mechanism is made in form of lever set into rocking displacement. One end of lever is provided with hinge joint and the other, with spanner for engaging with hex fastening stress regulator. Hinge joint of lever is arranged on carriage for moving over arc of circumference concentric to axis of stress regulator. Invention makes it possible to adjust force of pressing of flexible clamps to rail foot by successive turning of hex stress regulator of fastening or extract stress regulator from fastening anchors at demounting.
EFFECT: provision of effective continuous displacement of device at machining, increased capacity of device.
