FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device includes frame installed on bogie wheels of two carriers with wheels for movement on rails. Carriers are equipped with main units of nut setters for processing of rail fastenings on one rail-and-sleeper assembly and additional units in order to make it possible to process rail fastenings on two adjacent sleepers at one and the same time, which sound the location of nuts with members and clamps of rails of the railroad. Units of nut setters are equipped with adjustment mechanism, and adjustment mechanism is made in the form of power cylinder. On device frame there installed is gear rack, and each carrier is equipped in upper part with drive gear wheel for interaction with gear rack and a pair of hold-down rollers for interaction with frame.
EFFECT: increasing process efficiency of intermediate rail fastenings of railroad.
