SUBSTANCE: due to applying questionnaire and patient's inspection one should evaluate 11 parameters of anamnesis and objective status followed by calculating the sum of the points obtained according to 5-point scale. At the sum of points ranged 11-28 pneumonic flow has been evaluated as insevere. At the sum of points being 29 and more - as severe. The innovation enables to predict severe flow of the disease mentioned and prevent the development of complications.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of evaluation.
