FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: method includes projecting, by means of optical device, onto surface of object of distribution of light intensiveness, registration of image of lighted surface of object, visualization on object surface by means of optical device of deviations from previously measured sample. After registration of image of object surface calculated are coordinates of object surface points, and also difference of coordinates between computed points of object surface and previously computed identical points of sample. On basis of computation results, color or light intensiveness are assigned to each point of object surface. On basis of visualization of deviations of shape of object surface from sample, deviation of surface shape of object from sample is evaluated.
EFFECT: increased productiveness of measurement due to simplification of measurement process and increase of its trustworthiness and information capacity.
