FIELD: optical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: probe belongs to devices, which provide viewing in aperture-free optical microscopes of near field to get local amplified giant combination scattering spectra. Method of making probe for getting local amplified spectra is based onto operations described lower. At first hydrosol is produced which hydrosol has nano-particles of noble metals. Hydrosol is 3-5 times concentrated and is subject to subsequent centrifuging to get hydrosol deposit. Deposit is mixed with 10% solution of 3-mercapropropyl-3-methoxysilane (MPS) in methanol to get mixture of sol nano-particles of noble metal and MPS. Prove is placed into flat bath filled with water. Described mixture is added into water to form film sol particles on surface of film, which particles are covered with MPS, and the film is deposited onto probe. According to the other version, the following operations are carried out firstly hydrosol is produced which hydrosol has nano-particles of noble metals; then nano-particles are electro-chemical deposited onto probe made of mentioned metal, then prove with deposited coating is submerged in 10%-solution of MPS in methane to form film of sol particles film onto surface, which particles are covered with MPS.

EFFECT: improved reliability.
